Cragside Religious Education (RE) at Cragside
We view Religious Education as an opportunity to celebrate the similarities and differences within our diverse school and community.
We believe that RE plays a significant role in the development of pupils’ spiritual, social and cultural growth. We explore themes of identity and belonging, self-awareness and reflection through a range of different religions.
Throughout their time at Cragside, pupils develop an understanding and appreciation for the expression of beliefs, cultural practices and influence of religions throughout the local community and wider world.
